Internet is back up!

It's still sometimes spotty, disconnecting unexpectedly, but now I can at least post a pair of pictures. Here's the view from the porch of our condo:

Before you get too jealous, though, keep in mind that this is a one-bedroom place for two adults and a 3-year-old...

I expect I'll have quite a few blog posts over the next few days, so keep visiting!

Hey, starting to look like that here. Our first "serious" snow fall this year and people are acting like it's the end of the world. Schools closing, grocery stores getting mobbed, and amongst it all, two little snow flakes dancing around. Our total accumulation is expected to be 1 to 2 inches. Wimps.

Enjoy the view, the snow, and the family!

I remember my oldest brother saying such things about when he moved out to Delaware (and now Maryland). I grew up in Michigan, which isn't mountain snow driving, but I had plenty of snow driving growing up. They're saying 2-6 inches in the next 24 hours here last I saw.
